Ergohobe hereby informs the site users, in compliance with art. 5 of the Law 15/1999 of December 13, 1999, Personal Data Protection Law, of its personal data protection policy so that they may decide expressly, freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide to Ergohobe any personal data that may be requested on the site.

Ergohobe reserves the right to make any amendments to its data protection policy deemed necessary or appropriate, or that may result from changes in legislation, case law or necessary adjustments to usual practices in the industry. In such cases, the new text will be published by Ergohobe on the site, so that the user may be aware at all times of Ergohobe’s current and updated privacy policy. In any event, the relationship with users will be governed by applicable standards at the time of access to the site.

Ergohobe also informs users of the automated processing of personal data and the inclusion thereof in a personal data file, of which Ergohobe is data controller.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, it is necessary to complete all fields in each form. In the event of failure to provide all information considered necessary, Ergohobe may refuse to register the user.

Ergohobe collects personal data from users, using standardised forms included in different web pages in the website, and includes them in a file called "Web contacts", duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, the purpose whereof is to perform statistical analysis, provide information to individuals and entities listed in the file and to know their opinion on Ergohobe’s activities, publications, products and services.

This file does not include the transfer or communication of data. In no case will Ergohobe provide the user’s information to third parties.

The user must complete the forms using data which is true, accurate, complete and up to date. The user is solely responsible for any direct or indirect damages that could be caused to Ergohobe or to any third party due to defective completion of forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.

If you are a minor, you require your parents’ or guardians’ prior consent before entering your personal data on the site forms. Ergohobe disclaims any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.

The user or his / her representative may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and, if any, opposition in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable regulations, by writing to Ergohobe, with registered offices at Txorierri Etorbidea, 12 - 48180 Loiu (Bizkaia).
